CareSphere is an emerging open-source healthcare interoperability initiative designed to strengthen connections between clinical healthcare systems and community-based organizations.

As the initiative advances, Astraea is seeking an academic or public research institution interested in helping establish CareSphere as a sustained research and development program.

We are particularly interested in conversations with graduate research laboratories, schools of public health, health informatics programs, academic medical centers, and interdisciplinary research institutes.

Potential collaborations include:

  • Institutional adoption, stewardship, or acquisition of the CareSphere initiative

  • Integration into an existing academic research laboratory or research portfolio
