Astraea Strategic Advisors was founded by a technology and business transformation leader with more than two decades of experience working across complex enterprise environments, including Microsoft, Walmart eCommerce, Starbucks, Kaiser Permanente, and Savers/Value Village.
Her career spans enterprise financial systems, technology strategy, business process transformation, portfolio and program governance, data architecture, and organizational change.
Throughout her work, she has operated at the intersection of business leadership, technology teams, operational stakeholders, and executive decision-making, translating complex organizational challenges into actionable strategies.
Her experience has revealed a recurring pattern: organizations often invest heavily in technology and transformation without first establishing whether they are solving the right problems, whether their organizations are prepared to succeed, or whether the expected benefits will ultimately be realized.
That observation became a foundational principle of Astraea.
Drawing on her experience in enterprise systems and an academic background in public health, she brings a perspective that combines systems thinking, financial and operational discipline, organizational analysis, and a deep commitment to human outcomes.
Her work increasingly focuses on responsible AI, strategic investment governance, health informatics, interoperability, and the design of systems that connect organizational performance with broader social value.
